Love my sweet hostess, Sharon who feels like family greeting my colleague and myself. She's the epitome of graciousness. It's a nice start to this clean, tasty Indian fusion menu. Favs are Chicken Curry, Salmon Miso, and even their Chocolate Avocado mousse!
Good value delivered. -

Good sit down lunch spot with coworkers.
Filling bowl portions. It reminds me of a Dig Inn/Chipotle with Indian inspired flavors. -

Walked by this place a few times close by my work and finally decided to come and check it out. I saw that it advertised itself as being healthy, gluten free, and had an overall mental well being vibe.
It looks like a lot of people are regulars there. It's card only and the cashier lady seemed to know a lot of people. She was also very happy and the whole staff had good customer service. Despite the fact that the line was long, it moved very fast so make sure you know what you want before you order.
This is a fast casual Indian-American place with different bowls and salads that you can order or customized your own. It's definitely not authentic Indian food. I think the spices and the hot sauce are mild compared to authentic Indian food.
I got the curry chicken rice bowl. It came with pickled cabbage and onion crisps. The chicken was coated in a curry flavored sauce and the yellow sauce was their tumeric dressing which tasted kinda creamy? This place is healthy and a solid spot for lunch, I was just disappointed because this was the first time I've had Indian food without their traditional bold flavors.
TL;DR: Fast casual Indian spot. Not authentic but is healthy and will fill you. Card only and friendly customer service. -

I haven't tried their bowls yet, but L was thirsty so we ordered some drinks. It says it helps detox your body, but the LemonAid and the Arnold Karma were just so strong. It has a lot of spices and cayenne in it, so it's not something I'd want to drink on a hot day to refresh my body. It's literally drinking a spicy sour drink. I did not feel good after drinking this. I was so bloated and maybe it gave me heartburn. L had a sip and couldn't have more since the drink wasn't that cold at the time. It definitely tasted better over a ton of ice and watered down. I would not recommend it.
2.5 stars for the drinks. Since I haven't tried the bowls yet, I'm rounding it up to 3 stars. -

Inday is good food. Not just good food for a fast casual place, but overall good food. It is a creative take on Indian food, making it relatively healthy yet still tasty.
My favorite is the golden curry chicken and it really never disappoints. Consistency is very solid and the place was a huge hit when I worked in midtown.
The portion sizes are a good size and surprisingly, I don't want to take a nap in the middle of the office after eating this (unlike other delicious Indian food). Overall, a very very solid addition to the weekday lunch rotation.
